Leveraging over 20 years of experience, Shafer will lead all aspects of the firm鈥檚 legal and insurance operations. She will collaborate with 麻花星空mv executive, sector, and region leaders around the globe to develop strategies to manage risk in a way that maximizes project outcomes and advances strategic objectives for the firms鈥� employee owners.

Prior to joining 麻花星空mv, Shafer was at Black & Veatch for more than a decade, most recently as vice president and lead counsel for dispute resolution and its global insurance program.

Shafer holds bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Spanish from Kansas State University and received her juris doctorate from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law. She is a member of the Kansas and Missouri bars, as well as the American Bar Association and its Forum on Construction Law.
